Berwick High School's Andrew Askew is greeted at home plate by teammates after hitting a solo home run in the second inning of Monday's 16-2 Class 3A firstround playoff win against Albany. Askew finished the game 2-for-2 with a home run, three RBIs, two stolen bases and two runs. The Morgan City High School Lady Tigers punched their ticket to the state softball tournament for the first time in 13 years Friday after knocking off District 7-4A foe Assumption, 6-1, in Class 4A
