Offshore Hammers defeats Johnny's Propellers

Offshore Hammers defeated Johnny’s Propellers, 9-7, in Morgan City Dixie League action Friday at Complex Park.
Bryson Dupuy led Offshore Hammers with a 2-for-2 performance with a run. Other top Offshore Hammers contributors included Jobe Stratton, 1-for3 with a run, and Zachary Haviland, two runs.
In the loss, Keegan Lange finished 2-for-2 with two runs for Johnny’s Propellers. Other top Johnny’s Propellers offensive contributors included Karson Paddie, 1-for-1 with a walk and a triple, and Mason Johnston, 1-for-2 with a walk, a double and a run.
Taco Bell 7, Dragna Brothers 7
Taco Bell and Dragna Brothers played to a 7-all tie in Morgan City Dixie League action Friday at Complex Park.
Elijah Brown led Taco Bell with a 3-for-3 performance with three doubles and a run. Other top Taco Bell offensive contributors included Gavyn Ramagos, 2-for-3 with a run, and Ben Miller, 1-for-1 with two walks and a run.
Andrew Cavalier led Dragna Brothers with a 3-for-3 performance with a double and two runs. Other top Dragna Brothers offensive contributors included Brennan Sauce, 1-for-2 with a walk and two runs, and Caleb O’Con, 1-for-3 with two runs.
Candy Fleet 6, Hanko’s Metal Works 4
Elijah Pipsair had three hits, including a double, and Candy Fleet defeated Hanko’s Metal Works, 6-4, in Morgan City Recreation Department Minor League action at Spinella Park Thursday.
Pipsair had two singles, a double and scored a run. Other top Candy Fleet offensive contributors included Dillon Ebbecke, two doubles and a run scored, and Ryan Valentine, two singles and two runs scored.
Gerren Hayes led Hanko’s with three singles and two runs scored, while Austin Rodriguez had two singles, a double and scored a run. Aiden Henry had two singles.
Sam’s Lawn Care 8, Scully’s Aluminum Crafts 8
Sam’s Lawn Care and Scully’s played to an 8-all tie Thursday in Morgan City Recreation Department Minor League action at Spinella Park Thursday.
Talan Askew and Micah Wilkerson led Sam’s Lawn Care. Askew had a single, a home run and scored two runs, while Wilkerson had a single, a double, a triple and scored two runs. Baylor Allen had a single, a double and scored two runs.
Jayvion Thompson led Scully’s Aluminum Crafts with a single, two doubles and scored a run. Other top Scully’s offensive contributors included Caden Torres and Tyraun Boatman, each two singles, a double and two runs scored.
Dragna Brothers 15, Offshore Hammers 5
Dragna Brothers defeated Offshore Hammers, 15-5, in Morgan City Recreation Department Dixie League action at Complex Park Thursday.
Howard Kinchen led Dragna Brothers with a 1-for-1 performance with a triple, two walks and three runs. Other top Dragna Brothers offensive contributors included Caleb O’Con and Maddox Pellerin, each with two walks and two runs; and Darian White, Blake White, Seth Hepler and Brennan Sauce, all a walk and a run.
Bryson Dupuy and Brayden Bailey each finished 1-for-1 with a walk and a run to lead Offshore Hammers, while Jobe Stratton was 1-for-2.

Angelo Viscardi doubled and scored a run, and Taco Bell defeated Johnny Propeller’s, 13-4, in Morgan City Recreation Department Dixie League action at Complex Park Thursday. Viscardi finished 1-for-2 with a double, a walk and a run. Other top Taco Bell offensive contributors included Ben Miller and Dylan Duval, each 1-for-2 with a walk and two runs, and Landon Gagliano, 1-for-3 with two runs.
Mason Johnston led Johnny Propeller’s with a 1-for-2 performance with a run. Other top Johnny Propeller’s offensive contributors included Keegan Lange, 1-for-2, and Alex Orgeron, a walk and a run.
Hanko’s Metal Works 8, Grizzaffi’s 4
Hanko’s Metal Works defeated Grizzaffi’s, 8-4, in Morgan City Recreation Department Minor League action at Spinella Park Wednesday.
Aiden Henry had two singles, a double and scored three runs to lead Hanko’s. Other top Hanko’s offensive contributors included Parker Gros, a single and a double, and Austin Rodriguez, three singles and a run scored.
Noah Pickens led Grizzaffi’s with two singles, a double and scored two runs. Other top Grizzaffi’s offensive contributors included Blaze Ashley, two singles, a double and a run scored and Hayden Cavalier, two singles.
Scully’s Aluminum Crafts 10, A.J. Dohmann, 2
Trent Stockstill had three hits, including a double and a triple, and Scully’s defeated A.J. Dohmann, 10-2, in Morgan City Recreation Department Minor League action at Spinella Park Wednesday.
Stockstill finished with a single, a double, a triple and scored two runs. Kade Allen added a single, a double and two runs scored for Scully’s.
Ty Landry had two singles and scored a run in the loss, while Jordan Gray had a double.
Candy Fleet, 10, Grizzaffi’s 5
Beckett Pierce and Elijah Pipsair each had three hits, and Candy Fleet defeated Grizzaffi’s, 10-5, in Morgan City Recreation Department Minor League baseball action May 31 at Spinella Park.
Pierce had three singles and scored three runs, while Pipsair had two singles, a double and scored three runs. Gavin Roy added two singles and scored two runs for Candy Fleet.
Maddox Justillian led Grizzaffi’s with a single, two doubles and a run scored. Other top offensive contributors included Noah Pickens, two singles and a run scored, and Braden Pellegrin, two singles.
Sam’s Lawn Care 10, Hanko’s Metal Works 7
Micah Wilkerson and Talan Askew each homered, and Sam’s Lawn Care defeated Hanko’s, 10-7, in Morgan City Recreation Department Minor League baseball action May 31 at Spinella Park.
Askew had a single, a double, a home run and scored a run, while Wilkerson had a double, a home run and scored two runs. Tylen Mingo added three singles, a double and two runs scored for Sam’s Lawn Care.
Austin Rodriguez led Hanko’s with a single, a double, a home run and scored two runs. Other top Hanko’s hitters included Aiden Henry and Ethan Henry, each a double.

Shamus LaCoste led Frogdog Lawn Service with a 1-for-3 performance with a triple and two runs. Other top Frogdog Lawn Service offensive contributors included Landyn Ramagos, 1-for-1 with a walk and two runs, and Cash Baker, three walks and two runs scored.
Skipper’s 12, Stansbury & Associates 5
Skipper’s defeated Stansbury & Associates, 12-5, in Morgan City Recreation Department City League action May 31 at Complex Park.
Brandon Cordero finished 1-for-3 with a walk and a run for Skipper’s. Other top offensive contributors included Connor Daigle, four walks and three runs, and Zahkel Roberson, three walks and a run.
Gregory Hamer led Stansbury & Associates with a 1-for-1 performance with a walk and two runs. Other top Stansbury & Associates offensive contributors included Kyle Stansbury, 1-for-2, and Austin Cornes, a walk and two runs.
