South Terrebonne outscores MCHS in second half for win

South Terrebonne outscored Morgan City High School 14-0 in the second half en route to a 34-20 victory in District 7-4A action Thursday.

MCHS to continue league play at South Terrebonne

The Morgan City High School Tigers will continue District 7-4A play this week when they travel to face South Terrebonne in a rare Thursday night contest in Bourg.

Central Catholic High School won Brusly High School's volleyball tournament Saturday with a 5-1 mark. The Lady Eagles defeated Baton Rouge High for the tournament title, avenging its lone loss of the tournament earlier in pool play to Baton Rouge High. MCHS defeats South Terrebonne in 5; CCHS wins tourney

Morgan City High School defeated Division II South Terrebonne 3-2 (25-20, 21-25, 25-23, 19-25, 16-14) in Morgan City Monday.
