Local governmental leaders gathered Tuesday in Berwick to proclaim Friday, Sept. 1, to be Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival T-shirt Day and to urge Tri-City area residents to wear festival T-shirts on that day. Festival T-shirt Day proclaimed; Decal will conduct Mass, bless fleet

The celebrant for the annual Mass in the Park and Blessing of the Fleet will be the Rev. Freddie Decal, pastor of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
