Minor damage in Patterson attic fire

A Patterson home sustained minimal damage in the attic Friday after a flood light tipped over and caught a small section of the attic on fire, Fire Chief Scott Domingue said.

St. Mary Outreach Donor Coordinator Alana Andrus sorts canned goods Wednesday. The organization will participate in the KLFY News 10 and FoodNet Food for Families food drive from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Whitney Bank, located at 1100 Brashear Ave. in Morgan City.
