Central Catholic Lady Eagles split bowling matches this week

The Central Catholic Lady Eagles bowling team split their contests this week, falling to South Terrebonne Monday and defeating Central Lafourche Wednesday.
Monday, Central Catholic fell 17-10 to South Terrebonne at Bowl South in Houma.
Jolie Boudreaux led Central Catholic with a 499 series, including games of 167 and 184. Other top Central Catholic bowlers were Sara Thibodeaux, a 177 game; Marina Duval, a 164; and Emily Price, games of 152 and 155.
Wednesday, Central Catholic defeated Central Lafourche 17-10 at Creole Lanes in Houma.
Price led Central Catholic with a 552 series (179, 172, 201). Other top Central Catholic bowlers were Duval, a 462 series, including games of 152 and 173; Thibodaux, a 173 game; and Ashley Daigle, a 166 game.
Berwick splits matches
The Berwick Lady Panther bowling team split its two matches this week, falling to Terrebonne Monday and defeating E.D. White Wednesday.
Monday, Berwick fell to Terrebonne 26-1 at Creole Lanes in Houma.
Shelby Rockenbaugh led Berwick with a 164 game, while Mikayla Hardaway added a 150 game.
Wednesday, Berwick’s defeated E.D. White 22.5-4.5 at Charlie’s Lanes in Morgan City.
Jaci Lynch led Berwick with a 484 series, including a 208 game, while Deja Legendre added a 155 game.
MCHS tops
Vandebilt Catholic
The Morgan City Lady Tiger bowling team won its lone contest of the week as it defeated Vandebilt Catholic 19-8 at Charlie’s Lanes in Morgan City Monday.
Mackenzie Amador led Morgan City with a 576 series (176, 222, 178), while Juliet Thibodeaux bowled a 492 series (151, 187, 154). Kameron Patureau added a 453 series, including games of 150 and 173.
Panthers win
two contests
The Berwick Panthers finished the week 2-0 with wins against Terrebonne and E.D. White.
Monday, Berwick defeated Terrebonne 20.5-6.5 at Creole Lanes in Houma.
Kyle Valdez led Berwick with a 559 series, including games of 234 and 173. Other top Berwick bowlers were Scott Price, a 485 series, including a 192 game; Jackson Kenney, a 179 game; Cameron Kelly, a 176 game; Micah Lodrigue, a 171 game; and Ethan Blanchard, a 160 game.
Wednesday, Berwick defeated E.D. White 23-4 at Charlie’s Lanes in Morgan City.
Kelly led Berwick with a 495 series, including games of 175 and 180. Other top Berwick bowlers were Lodrigue, a 490 series, including games of 175 and 165; Valdez, games of 225 and 168; and Price, games of 160 and 172.
Eagles drop
two matches
The Central Catholic Eagles fell to South Terrebonne and Central Lafourche this week.
Monday, Central Catholic’s boys bowling team fell to South Terrebonne 22-5 at Bowl South in Houma.
Owen DeHart led Central Catholic with a 506 series, including a 204 game. Other top Central Catholic bowlers were Dayshon Pete, a 182 game; Ethan Majewski, games of 167 and 179; and Dustin Hebert, games of 167 and 160.
Wednesday, Central Catholic fell 27-0 to Central Lafourche at Creole Lanes in Houma.
DeHart led Central Catholic with games of 162 and 167.
Tigers fall Monday
The Morgan City Tigers bowling team fell to Vandebilt Catholic 19-8 at Charlie’s Lanes in Morgan City Monday.
Devin Hidalgo led Morgan City with a 610 series, including games of 218 and 220. Devin Mayon added a 192 game for Morgan City.
