Central Catholic fell to E.D. White in straight sets in Thibodaux Monday.
The Lady Eagles fell by scores of 25-13, 25-18 and 28-26.

This past weekend, the Lady Eagles finished 2-2 at Assumption’s tournament with wins against Ascension Catholic and Lutcher and losses to H.L. Bourgeois and Notre Dame.
Against Ascension Catholic, Central Catholic won 2-0 (25-7, 25-12).
Yani Johnson led Central Catholic with 10 kills, two aces, four digs and three solo blocks, while Katie Hoffpauir had three kills, 18 assists, one ace and six digs.
Other top Central Catholic contributors were Ava Nicar, eight kills and one dig, and Lucy Hamer, three aces and one dig.
Against H.L. Bourgeois, Central Catholic fell 2-1 (25-21, 25-27, 11-15).
Johnson and Hoffpauir led the Lady Eagles. Johnson had 10 kills, 13 digs and six solo blocks, while Hoffpauir totaled two kills, 24 assists, three aces, 13 digs and one solo block.
Other top Central Catholic contributors were Nicar, seven kills, six digs and one solo block; Lexi Landry, two kills, one assist, 11 digs and one solo block; Kennedy Grizzaffi, five kills, one ace, one dig and six solo blocks; and Symone Wiggins, six digs.
Against Lutcher, Central Catholic won 2-0 (25-15, 25-18).
Johnson had 11 kills, five digs and five solo blocks to lead the Lady Eagles, while Hoffpauir recorded three kills, 18 assists, two aces, four digs.
Other top Central Catholic contributors were Landry, three kills, seven digs; Wiggins, nine digs; Nicar, one kill, one ace, six digs and one solo block; and Grizzaffi, four kills, one assist, one dig and two solo blocks.
Against Notre Dame, Central Catholic fell 2-1 (25-15, 23-25, 16-18).
Hoffpauir led the Lady Eagles with 24 assists, two aces, 12 digs and one solo block, while Johnson had 13 kills, two aces, eight digs and five solo blocks.
Other top Central Catholic contributors were Nicar, five kills, one assist and 11 digs; Landry, four kills and seven digs; Wiggins, seven digs; and Grizzaffi, three kills and two solo blocks.
Patterson is undefeated
at Franklin tourney
The Patterson Lumberjills finished 3-0 at Franklin’s tournament with wins against Franklin, West St. Mary and Covenant Christian.
On Thursday, Patterson defeated Franklin 2-0 (25-10, 25-15) and West St. Mary 2-0 (25-14, 25-16). Saturday, Patterson topped Covenant Christian 2-0 (25-8, 25-9).
No individual stats were submitted from the games.
Morgan City finishes 4-0 at Southside tourney
The Morgan City Lady Tigers finished 4-0 this past weekend at Southside’s tournament, defeating Southside, Beau Chene, Delcambre and Natchitoches Central.
Against Southside, Morgan City won 2-0 (25-18, 25-22), while against Beau Chene, Morgan City came out on top 2-1 (25-23, 20-25, 15-4). Morgan City defeated Delcambre 2-0 (25-13, 25-12), and the Lady Tigers were victorious against Natchitoches Central 2-0 (25-18, 25-21).
