The Louisiana High School Athletic Association recognizes seniors who have maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout their four years of high school. Central Catholic High School senior football player Blake Byrne earned the All-Academic Composite Team Award during the state championship games at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in December.
