Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Logan Charpentier, 24, Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested on Friday for possession of marijuana—second offense. Charpentier was released on a summons.
Asia Do, 22, Oneida Street, Charenton, was arrested on Friday for possession of legend drug without a prescription and three bench warrants for City Court of Morgan City for contempt of court for failing to appear to pay a fine, failure to appear for child restraint violation—first offense and failure to appear for stop sign violation. No bond is set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Jermaine Small, 36, of Joseph Street, Franklin, was arrested on Saturday, at 8:46 p.m., the charges of remaining where forbidden, home invasion, theft, and domestic abuse battery. Small was additionally charged with disturbing the peace, obstruction of justice, and threatening a public official. No bond is set.
Lovana Burrell, 29, of West Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested on Saturday, at 11:45 p.m. for the charge of aggravated battery. Burrell was held on a $10,000 bond.
Termaine Robertson, 36, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested on Thursday at 11:47 p.m., for the charge of possession of marijuana – second offense. Robertson was held on a $2,500 bond.
Termaine Robertson, 36, of Easy Street, Franklin, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, was arrested on Sunday, at 11:01 a.m., for failure to appear for the charges of criminal neglect of family and possession of marijuana. No bond is set.
Amber Cook, 33, of River Road., Berwick, while incarcerated at Morgan City Police Department, was arrested on Sunday, at 11:10 a.m. for failure to appear on traffic violations. Cook remains incarcerated with a $439 cash bond.
