Berwick will travel to Abbeville Friday

Berwick High School and Abbeville High School each will be looking to break losing streaks when the teams meet in Abbeville Friday in District 8-3A action.

Morgan City High School held its 10th annual Pink Game Monday against Berwick at Morgan City High School. Prior to the game, the two teams gathered for a check presentation to Roots and Ribbons, a local foundation that will distribute the money to help St. Mary Parish cancer patients. MCHS sweeps Berwick in 10th annual Pink Game

Morgan City High School swept Berwick 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-22) in Morgan City’s 10th annual Pink Game Monday in Morgan City.

Berwick and Patterson to meet in District 8-3A contest

Its Patterson-Berwick week – and all is quite.
Last year Berwick exer-cised its gridiron demons with a 42-35 win over local and district rival Patterson.

The Berwick Panthers seemed to be in control of Friday’s District 8-3A contest, rallying from a 16-7 deficit to take a 28-16 halftime advantage.
