DEAR ABBY: This is the 37th anniversary of when I met and fell in love with a beautiful young woman in Iowa.
DEAR ABBY: I was working out of town in a position that paid a good salary. When my adult son proposed to his girlfriend, I told him I would try and give him $10,000 for the wedding.
DEAR ABBY: I’m frustrated that guests in my home almost never use the guest towels I’ve put out for them in the bathroom. Why do they do this?
DEAR ABBY: I have been trying to get healthy for years and recently lost a lot of weight. Every job I have, I work with grossly obese women.
DEAR ABBY: My granddaughter is getting married in seven months and I’m worried for her. I see many red flags she’s ignoring. Because I’m old, I don’t think she will believe me.
