St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Michael S. Miller, 36, of 204 Southwest Road, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 9:35 a.m. on a warrant charging him with violation of a protective order and careless operation of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.
Chad Toups, 39, of 112 Doris Road, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 1:25 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer by giving false information and warrants charging him with theft and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
David McDonald, 50, of 10753 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:48 p.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized use of an access card and theft. No bond was set.
Sanford S. Sims, 34, of New Iberia, was arrested Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with simple burglary. He was held on $100,000 bond.
Joseph Robertson, 48, of 400 Darlene St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 8:53 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery in the presence of a juvenile. No bond was set.
James Fletcher, 55, of Florence, Miss., was arrested today at 1:06 a.m. on charges of DWI and carless operation. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Raven Seymone Butler, 22, of Bayouview Drive, Franklin, Wednesday at 2:49 p.m. on a charge of felony theft. Butler was released on a $5,000 bond.
