St. Mary Parish's Most Wanted May 2013
The two additions to St. Mary Parish’s Most Wanted edition include a 21-year-old man wanted for unauthorized use of a credit card used at three different places around Baldwin and Jeanerette, and a 29-year-old man wanted for forging a check after gaining access to the victim’s financial information when he was hired to do yard work.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff
—Dakota Crawford, 21, of Oxford Loop in Franklin, is wanted on a warrant for unauthorized use of an access card.
On April 2, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a vehicle burglary in which a credit card was stolen. During the initial investigation it was learned that the card that had been reported stolen by the complainant was used at three different locations in the Baldwin and Jeanerette areas, according to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert. The unauthorized charges totaled just more than $380. The result of the investigation indicates that Crawford used the card, Herbert said.
—Damien K. Keller, 29, is wanted on a warrant for forgery. Keller’s last known addresses are Bayou Corne Drive in Pierre Part, and Kem Street in Patterson.
On May 14, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office received a report of a forged check. While reviewing account transactions, the victim discovered that a personal check written out in the amount of $250 had been cashed. After speaking with the victim and working with the victim’s bank, the deputy investigating the complaint identified Keller as the suspect who forged and cashed the check, Hebert stated.
Keller had been hired by the victim to do some yard work and gained access to a financial document. Keller is also wanted on a warrant for probation-parole violation. Keller drives a white Ford Ranger pickup truck, Hebert stated.
The sheriff is also trying to find previously featured suspects Larry Dean Robertson Jr., Andre Jones and Belinda Ann Arceneaux.
Jones, who was first featured in October and whose last known address was Main Street in Patterson, is wanted for failure to appear for criminal neglect of family. Jones is 5 feet 10 inches tall and 195 pounds.
Robertson, who was also featured in October and whose last known address was Edward Lane in Jeanerette, is wanted for armed robbery from an incident in May and is also wanted for failure to appear in court more than a year ago. He is 6 foot 1 inch tall and 190 pounds.
Arceneaux, whose last known address is La. 668 in Jeanerette, is wanted on six warrants for issuing worthless checks. The warrants date back to August and September of 2007, when Arceneaux wrote the bad checks to gas stations. The checks total more than $245.
Arceneaux is also wanted on warrants for failure to appear on the charges of failure to use a seatbelt and speeding. Arceneaux is a black female, 5 feet 4 inches tall and about 135 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

On May 9, Morgan City police arrested previously wanted suspect Jamarcus Jerel Clark, 22, of Orange Street in Morgan City. Clark was arrested on fugitive warrants after Morgan City police officer saw him standing in front of an Orange Street residence. Clark was wanted by the sheriff’s office for failure to register as a sex offender and failure to notify law enforcement of an address change. Officers reported that Clark attempted to flee but eventually surrendered to officers, according to Morgan City Police Chief Travis Crouch. Clark was booked into parish jail on May 13.
Police are still looking for previously featured suspects Brennan Norton Skinner and John Joseph Marchetti.
Marchetti, 51, who was first featured in April and whose last known address is on Camp Street in New Orleans, is wanted by Morgan City police on an outstanding warrant for two counts of theft more than $500 for a total of $5,600, two counts of bank fraud and two counts of forgery. Marchetti is a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown and gray hair and green eyes.
On April 4, the owner of a local company came into the Morgan City Police Department and stated several business checks had been stolen. Morgan City detectives conducted an investigation, and through surveillance video identified Marchetti cashing two of the stolen checks in the amount of $2,800 each. Marchetti is suspected of being homeless and may have changed his appearance since his last known photograph, Crouch stated.
Skinner, whose last known address is Grace Street in Morgan City and who has been on the list since December, is wanted on a warrant for simple escape. On Dec. 6, 2012, Skinner was in city court on trial and was sentenced to six months and 10 days in jail. A short time after being placed in custody by the courts, Skinner ran from the courtroom and was able to elude the city marshal.
Skinner is 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 pounds. He has tattoos on his right cheek, left cheek and forehead. Anyone with information on these suspects may call Morgan City police at 985-380-4605.
Previously most wanted suspect Chance Boudreaux, 19, of Patterson, was arrested April 26 at the Patterson Police Department on a warrant for Morgan City police for theft of firearms. Boudreaux was identified as a wanted person for the Morgan City Police Department after he was located by Patterson police and arrested on the warrant. Boudreaux was transferred to Morgan City police. Boudreaux was arrested after an investigation by Morgan City police detectives identified him as a suspect in the theft of several firearms from a Morgan City resident, Crouch stated.
Police are still looking for David Fanguy of Dulac, who has been on the list since October and is wanted by Berwick police for domestic abuse battery fourth offense. Fanguy was charged in connection with a Jan. 17, 2012, incident where a victim reported being assaulted in their home.
Shaneal Juwayn Williams, who has been on the most wanted list for Berwick police since September, is also still wanted by Berwick police. Williams was arrested by a St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s deputy on two warrants from the sheriff’s office for issuing worthless checks. She was released April 15 on a summons to appear in court, St. Mary Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Traci Landry said in April.
Williams is wanted by Berwick police for hit and run, improper backing and expired driver’s license from an Aug. 15 complaint of a hit and run accident at Bee Bee’s Seafood in Berwick.
Landry said the sheriff’s office checks for outstanding warrants it may have on someone when making an arrest.
On April 25, Berwick Police Chief James Richard said that Berwick police contacted the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office to attempt to locate Williams because her last known address is in Terrebonne Parish on Bayou Black Road in Gibson.
Richard said after attempting to locate Williams at her residence April 25, Williams called Berwick police twice saying she was going to turn herself in and that she was getting her $1,500 bail money. Police have not been able to locate Williams, Richard said on Thursday. Anyone with information on these suspects may call Berwick police at 985-384-7710.
Police are still searching for Ronald L. Robinson Jr. and Christopher S. Webb, who were both first featured in April.
Ronald L. Robinson Jr., 31, last known address is East Highway 90 in New Iberia, is wanted for criminal damage to property and towing without a permit. Robinson is a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 185 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, according to Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle.
Patterson police notified New Iberia police of the warrant as Robinson is believed to be in the New Iberia area, LaSalle said.
Christopher S. Webb, 44, is wanted for distribution of cocaine. Webb is a black male, 6 feet tall and 205 pounds with brown eyes. Webb may be in the New Orleans area, according to LaSalle.

Police are still trying to locate Tyrone Freeman, of La. 87 in Franklin, who was first featured in December, and is wanted for illegal possession of stolen things. Anyone with information may call Franklin police at 337-828-1716.
Baldwin Police are trying to apprehend Alex Diaz, Reshimah Antoine, and Orlando Colar. Diaz, whose last known address is Jolivette Street in Baldwin, is wanted on a warrant for hit and run driving regarding a 2011 incident on Main Street in Baldwin. Diaz has been on the list since January.
Antoine, whose last known address is Texas Street in Lake Charles, is wanted for criminal damage to property to a hotel room in March 2007. Antoine has been featured in the series since September.
Colar, who was first featured in December 2012 and whose last known address is Tiffany Street in Patterson, is wanted by Baldwin police for theft and criminal trespassing.
