Review names LeJeune to general manager post
Charles LeJeune, advertising manager of The Daily Review since 2002, has been named general manager of the newspaper, according to publisher Allan Von Werder.
LeJeune is a native of Raceland and longtime resident of Morgan City, Thibodaux and Houma. He is a 1974 graduate of Morgan City High School and earned a marketing degree from Nicholls State University in 1978. He joined the newspaper’s advertising department after graduating from Nicholls.
LeJeune will continue to oversee the newspaper’s advertising department while also taking on a supervisory role for the entire newspaper’s day to day operations, Von Werder said.
“Charlie’s been a part of our newspaper family for more than 30 years. He has more than proven himself capable of dealing with our operation from the ground up,” Von Werder concluded.
