Police Reports 9-10-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Two female juveniles, both 15, were arrested at 9:06 a.m. Monday, both on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and one additionally charged with battery of a school teacher. Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Michael Charles Lumpkin Sr., 23, of 114 Isabella St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:08 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of second offense possession of Schedule I narcotics, illegal possession of a controlled dangerous substance by a person under 17 and improper child restraint. No bond was set.

Demarcus Tremaine Skipper, 18, of 1605 Hickory St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 3:35 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear for sentencing on charges of misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile and theft under $500. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Sloan Beverly, 43, of Pine Street, Franklin, Monday at 7:06 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of stop sign violation. He was released on $210 bond.

Michael Mannina II, 31, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 9:08 a.m. on a warrant charging him with remaining where forbidden. He was released on a summons.

Bradley Fontenot Jr., 39, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:36 p.m. on warrants charging him with sexual battery and telephone harassment. He was released on $250 bond.

Marriner Williams, 19, of Borne Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:37 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $250 bond.
