Police Reports 8-31-11
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:
Chasity Butler, 31, of 406 Wendell St., No. 2, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 9:22 a.m. on a warrant charging her with theft. She turned herself in and was released on a summons.
Patricia Erster, 31, of 19143 La. 182, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 11:34 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
Frankie Clark, 27, of 149 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 3:38 p.m. on a charge of simple burglary. No bond was set.
Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Lynn Foland, 49, of 701 Onstead St., Morgan City, Tuesday at 10:13 a.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Foland was released on a summons.
Two juvenile males, both age 16, were arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia and misuse of toxic vapors. The driver of the vehicle they were stopped in was also charged with no turn signal and no driver’s license, and a passenger was charged with underage tobacco possession. All were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Raymond Smith, 35, of Breaux Bridge, Tuesday at 11 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property. He turned himself in and was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Rickey Gable, 22, of Second Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 10:43 a.m. on a warrant charging him with carnal knowledge of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Blaise Caro, 20, of Canal Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:51 p.m. on a bench warrant. He was released on a $75 bond.
Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Robert Lancelin Jr., 47, of Lancelin Street, Baldwin, Friday on a charge of interfering with police. He was released on a summons.
