Police Reports 7-5-11

St. Mary Parish Sheriff David Naquin reported the following arrests from the past extended weekend:

Christopher Landry, 33, of 3905 Francis St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 10:37 a.m. on charges of speeding and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.

Christopher Hewitt, 37, of 2745 Fourth St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 12:37 p.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. He turned himself in and was released on a summons.

Tessie D. Ortis, 37, of 318 David St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 3:15 p.m. on warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a $8,250 bond.

Travis Ortis, 38, of 318 David St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 3:22 p.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.

Tyrone Williams, 66, of 909 Antigo Alley, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:24 a.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.

Susan M. Hudson, 40, of 738 Duval St., Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 2:13 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released on a $500 bond.

Homer Romero, 58, of 370 Hunting Road, Ricohoc, was arrested Saturday at 10:42 a.m. on a charge of aggravated criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Stacey Pellerin, 51, of 766 Verdunville Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:18 p.m. on charges of DWI and careless operation with an accident. She was released on a $5,000 bond.

John P. May Jr., 21, of 102 Janet Lane, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 6:42 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of speeding and expired inspection sticker. He was released on a $318 bond.

Michelle L. Ryder, 37, of 303 Tiffany St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 12:44 a.m. on a charge of telephone harassment. She was released on a summons.

Patrick S. Mceniry, 43, of 148 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 1:02 a.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging him with contempt of court. No bond was set.

Erwick J. Butler Jr., 46, of 1802 North St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 2:16 a.m. on charges of DWI, reckless operation, no insurance and failure to appear warrants on charges of no insurance and failure to yield. No bond was set.

Jose Carrasco, 28, of Broussard, was arrested Sunday at 3:40 a.m. on charges of careless operation, no insurance and driving without a lawful presence in the country. No bond was set.

Adrian Sutton, 21, of 125 Jones Road No. 2, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 5:03 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana. She was released on a $1,500 bond.

Jacob T. Alcina, 23, of 710 Kem St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 11:29 a.m. on charges of careless operation and possession of synthetic marijuana. He was released on a summons.

Kashera N. Jones, 25, of 107 Friendship Lane, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 2:09 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. She was released on a summons.

Jimmy Billiot, 28, of Houma, was arrested Sunday at 4:20 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a $250 bond.

Rainey Marenn Romlochan, 32, of Pierre Part, was arrested Sunday at 8:53 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding. Romlochan was released on a $308 bond.

Sidney Elair, 53, of 8509 U.S. 90 Frontage Road, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 10:52 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was held on a $500 bond.

William Hale, 51, of 2130 Becnel St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9:08 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. No bond was set.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Beau Babineaux, 30, of New Iberia, Friday at 10:15 a.m. on a charge of unlawful use of a state ID. He was released on a summons.

Darryl Phillips II, 29, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 10:15 a.m. on a charge of remaining after being forbidden. He was released on a summons.

Terrence D. Johnson, 32, of Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 8:45 p.m. on charges of headlight violation and no driver’s license. He was released on a summons.

Andre Smith, 22, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 9:05 p.m. on a charge of failure to appear for a revocation hearing. No bond was set.

Tyrone Williams, 66, of Franklin, was arrested Saturday on charges of failure to appear on five counts of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

Tessie M. Ina, 32, of Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:52 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. Ina was released on a summons.

Anthony Lee Brooks, 30, no address given, was arrested Sunday at 4:15 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kenneth Keith Philips, 41, of Miggy Lane, Baldwin, Friday at 8:14 a.m. on charges of two violations of a protective order and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Marcus D’Juan Parker, 19, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:19 p.m. on a warrant charging him with indecent behavior with a juvenile. He was released on a $20,000 bond.

Raymond Terry Chapman, 31, of Elm Street, Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 2:51 a.m. on charges of license plate light violation, expired driver’s license, expired inspection sticker, second-offense possession of marijuana, second-offense possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was set.

Henry Louis Freeman, 46, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:59 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges. He was released on a $250 bond.

Latarya Patrice Hamilton, 26, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:17 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to return a leased movable and was also charged with criminal trespassing and criminal damage to property over $500. No bond was set.

Garret Stuart Robinson, 29, of Youngsville, was arrested Sunday at 4:12 p.m. on a charge of second-degree battery. He was released on a $5,000 bond.

Dwayne Edward, 30, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:03 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, resisting an officer with force and battery on an officer. No bond was set.

Delona Faye Conner, 32, of West Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:46 a.m. on a warrant charging her with probation violation. She was released on a $1,500 bond.

Phillip Comeaux, 41, of West Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:15 a.m. on a charge of simple battery with medical attention. He was held on a $500 bond.

Christopher Joseph Bourda, 29, of Scott, was arrested Monday at 3:09 a.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear for a revocation hearing. He was also charged with two counts of failure to signal lane change, two counts improper lane use and obstruction to driver’s view. No bond was set.

Raymond Terry Chapman, 31, of Elm Street, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 7:20 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear He was held on lieu of a $801 fine.

Adam Lampton Bland, 33, of Henry Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:01 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension, improper lane use, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. He was also charged on Terrebonne Parish warrants charging him with domestic battery and aggravated assault, and two failure to appear warrants from St. Charles Parish. He was held on a total bond of $7,358.
