Police Reports 3-8-13
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:
Jeffery Scott Lambert, 38, of 2228 La. 182, Apt. 5, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 9:01 a.m. on warrants charging him with 37 counts of issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
Eddie Ray Gray, 20, of 1423 B. Hickory St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 4:30 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple criminal damage to property, remaining where forbidden and no child restraint. He was released on $1,750 bond.
Edgar Dela Rosa, 26, of 2001 Second St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 4:47 a.m. on charges of failure to signal, license plate light violation, driving without a lawful presence in the country and switched license plate. No bond was set.
Sheriff’s office narcotics division agents reported the arrest of Louis Anthony Concienne Jr., 42, of 516 Gail St., Patterson, Thursday at 3:24 p.m. on a charge of possession of a Schedule II narcotic. No bond was set.
Delone Miller, 50, of Gibson, was arrested Thursday at 8:10 p.m. on charges of tail lights violation, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a Schedule IV narcotic and a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a traffic violation. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Albert Joseph Walter III, 36, of J.A. Hernandez Street, Franklin, Thursday at 3:59 p.m. on charges of speeding and driving under suspension, as well as an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of speeding. He was released on $6,250 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Magan Businelle, 22, and Niecy Martin, 30, both of Charenton, today at 3:39 a.m. Businelle was charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and Martin was charged with disorderly conduct. Both were released on summonses.
