“Operation Cook” Project Club learns healthy habits

Every month a group of 4-H’ers in fourth through sixth grade get together to learn about healthy lifestyles while incorporating basic culinary skills and being motivated into trying new foods.

Operation COOK Project completes year

Several 4-H students joined the Operation COOK Project Club for a year full of new recipes and healthy lifestyle activities. On March 25, this group of “chefs” received a bag full of surprises for their accomplishments. Participants holding their bags are Hailey Williams, Joseph Duhon, Scott Price, Louis Benoit, Hailey Fontenot, Destiney Sutton, Raven Gary, Saige Gary and Chloe Morris with youth volunteer Rhea Patureau.
