MABLE BOUDREAUX LOUVIERE

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 18, 2014, at 1 p.m., at Ibert’s Mortuary in Franklin for Mable Boudreaux Louviere, a native of Louisa and a resident of Franklin for the past 80 years, who passed away at her home at the age of 102 with her family by her side. She will be laid to rest in the Perpetual Park Cemetery. Her great nephew, Reverend Monsignor Jace F. Eskind, J.C.L. will officiate the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Glenn Charpentier, Michael Charpentier, Christopher Louviere, Brian Louviere, Darren LeBlanc and Roy J. Louviere Jr.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday at Ibert’s Mortuary from 10 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m.
She is survived by two daughters, Audrey L. Charpentier and her husband, Frank, of Franklin; and Dian L. LeBlanc of Jeanerette; one son, Gilbert Louviere of Franklin; one brother, Ellis Boudreaux of Norco; as well as 14 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 23 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence J. Louviere Sr.; two sons, Lawrence J. Louviere Jr. and Roy J. Louviere Sr.; her parents, Charles and Cecelia Bergeron Boudreaux; a daughter-in-law, Anna Bell Louviere; a son-in-law, Leroy LeBlanc; as well as five sisters and five brothers.
