The Port of West St. Mary entered into a long term lease with LAD Services, LLC which will occupy a 60,000 square foot facility located in Baldwin on the Charenton Navigation and Drainage Canal. LAD Companies of Stephensville was founded by Lee A. Dragna in 1996. Through the years, LAD’s endeavors include new barge fabrication, marine salvage, structural fabrication, barge fleeting, dockside repair and many other special projects that have evolved throughout the years. LAD Services will be constructing marine barges at its new facility.
