Gas prices down slightly in Louisiana

Traffic rolls east down U.S. 90 Tuesday in Patterson. Nationally, gasoline prices have dipped recently, but drivers can expect to pay $2.53 or more at stations along U.S. 90 in St. Mary and Iberia parishes.

Louisiana’s average retail gasoline price fell .6 cents per gallon in the last week and now averages $2.52 a gallon, according to a survey by the GasBuddy.com website.
