School supplies collected in Stuff the Bus campaign

Inclement weather didn’t dampen the spirits of the teachers and volunteers during the Stuff the Bus campaign held Saturday at Walmart. “We really appreciate the City of Patterson sponsoring this event and the public that donated supplies, especially those that braved the weather,” said Suzanne Bergeron, Patterson Junior High School principal.

Louisiana’s oldest chartered harvest festival is scheduled to celebrate 79 years of tradition and family fun during Labor Day Weekend, Aug. 28 through Sept. 1.
