Donation to Fallen Warriors Memorial

Don and Mata Tellman, left, made a donation on Thursday at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium to The Fallen Warriors Memorial Project. The donation was all the proceeds from selling barbecue plate lunches at the Morgan City Fourth of July celebration “Rockin’ the Fifth.” Terry Mayon, third from left, and Marc Distefano were present to receive the $1,756.08 check.

Bayou BBQ Bash kicks off Thursday; competition Saturday
