The new additions to March’s The Daily Review Most Wanted edition include a 31-year-old Franklin man wanted for domestic abuse battery stemming from a July 2013 incident and a 54-year-old Franklin woman wanted on a 1996 fighting warrant.
Franklin
Curtis Williams, 31, whose last known address is in the 300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Franklin, is wanted on a July 23 warrant for domestic abuse battery. Officers are seeking Williams for hitting the victim with a phone charger cord, Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire said in a news release. Williams is 5 feet, 7 inches and weighs 197 pounds.
Police also are looking for Breonne Bowie, 26, whose last known address is in the 400 block of Lockett Road in Franklin. Bowie is wanted for aggravated obstruction of a highway of commerce, two counts of simple criminal damage to property, six counts of a stop and yield sign violation, suspension/revocation of driver’s license, speeding 55 mph in a 25 mph zone, flight from an officer, illegal possession of stolen things and no insurance.
The charges stem from an officer monitoring traffic in the area of Willow Street and Chatsworth Road, McGuire said. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle, but the vehicle did not stop and continued through the city failing to stop at six stop signs. Bowie then pulled into a trailer park on Canal, and exited the vehicle, which continued to roll forward into a trailer. Bowie fled on foot, and officers were unable to locate him, McGuire said.
The possession of stolen things charge is because the license plate on the vehicle Bowie was driving was stolen, McGuire said.
Raynell Williams, 33, whose last known address is in the 200 block of Hanson Street in Franklin, is wanted on a warrant dated Oct. 3, for failure to register as a sex offender. Williams is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, according to McGuire. Williams was first featured in November.
