Lemoine-Fromenthal marry in Lafayette

Leslie Claire Lemoine and Terry Joseph Fromenthal Jr. were united in marriage during a 1 p.m. Mass on Aug. 3 at St. Edmond Catholic Church in Lafayette. The Rev. Gil Dutel officiated and Brother Louis Bertrand Lemoine, brother of the bride, assisted.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lemoine of Bunkie. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hury Gagnard, and Vivian Lemoine of Moreauville and the late Quincy Lemoine Sr.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Fromenthal Sr. of Berwick. He is the grandson of Marie Fromenthal of Berwick and the late William Fromenthal Sr., the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Geisler Sr., and the late Erline P. Geisler.

Ceremonial readers were Debra Parker and Brother Louis Lemoine. Giftbearers were Cristina Triche and Minette Geisler.

Escorted in marriage by her father and given away by her parents, the bride wore a silk gown in a fit-and-flare silhouette featuring a ruched bodice with a dropped waist. The candlelight-hued dress was fashioned with a beaded-keyhole back with tapered straps. Freshwater pearls, and diamante and Swarovski crystals accented the gown.

Her fingertip-length, angel-cut veil had an embroidered edge.

Serving as maid of honor was Lauren Douzart. Bridesmaids were Ava Hebert, Ellen Fisher, Angie Harmon and Olivia Gilbert.

Flower girl was Annie Hebert. Austin Geisler was ringbearer.

Best man was Ben Eldridge. Groomsmen were Jay Rebstock, Chase Boutte, Tyson Joubert and Keith Crouch.

Ushers were Scott LeBlanc, Drew LeBlanc, Greg Barrilleaux and Seppe Pusateri.

A reception followed at The Madison in Broussard.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a master’s degree in speech-language pathology. She is employed as a speech-language pathologist by The Therapy Center at Courtyard Manor Nursing Home in Lafayette.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he earned a bachelor’s degree in science. He is employed by Baker Hughes in Broussard.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica and will reside in Lafayette.
