HMS Tigers topple Gueydan

GUEYDAN _ The Hanson Memorial Tigers ran their District 7-1A record to a perfect 10-0 after dominating the Gueydan Bears 17-1 in an abbreviated contest here Wednesday at the GHS Baseball Field.

Lots of prep baseball action April 21

Patterson jumped out to a 9-0 lead and held on to beat Franklin 11-5 in District 9-3A play Tuesday in Franklin.

Morgan City girls tennis team is regional runner-up

Morgan City High School Lady Tigers advanced two doubles teams and one singles participant to the Division II state tournament, which will be held April 30-May 1 in Monroe.
