Lady Eagles defeat Landry-Walker

The Central Catholic Lady Eagles picked up their first win of the season, 3-0 (25-15, 25-20, 25-18), at home against Landry-Walker Wednesday.

Tigers to open season with White Castle

The Morgan City High School Tigers will open their season at home Friday when they host White Castle at home. The Morgan City Tigers will kick off the Scott Tregle era Friday when they host White Castle in at Tiger Stadium.

’Jacks get votes in Class 3A poll

The Patterson Lumberjacks received votes in the first Louisiana Sports Writers Association Class 3A prep football poll for the 2014 season.

MCHS looking to replace starters from 2013 team
