Central Catholic will travel to face Ascension Catholic today

No. 10 Central Catholic High School will continue Division V postseason volleyball action today when it travels to No. 7 seed Ascension Catholic. Central Catholic and Ascension Catholic high schools have met once on the volleyball season this year in the first game of the year in a three-game sweep for the Donaldsonville-based school.

Berwick will travel to face Rayne today

No. 12 Berwick High School will hit the road today to face No. 5 Rayne in the regional round of the Division III volleyball playoffs. Central Catholic rolls past Gueydan, Morgan City, Berwick fall

Central Catholic was the lone winner on Friday night in Week 10 football action.
The Eagles closed out their District 7-1A season with a 41-14 victory at Gueydan High School.
