Centerville advances to Championship game at Disney World

Jumanji Washington poured in 21 points, leading the Centerville Bulldogs past Lowell California 49-47 into the Championship Game at Disney World.
Lowell California moved to a 19-15 lead at the end of the first quarter before securing a 32-26 halftime cushion. Centerville benefited from a strong second half, using a 23-15 flurry to notch the 49-47 win.
Washington led the way for the Bulldogs with 21 points with Zacchaeus Jackson also finishing in double figures with 10.
Other top scorers for Centerville were: Dontre Austin, 8; Juwan Thomas, 8 and Courtland Pogue, 2.
Lowell’s top scorers were Eran Louise with 15 and Sam Pollard with 12 points respectively.
Centerville rolled past Altamonte Christian by a final score of 68-22.
The Bulldogs raced out to a 24-6 lead in the initial period en route to a lopsided 41-12 halftime cushion.
Centerville outpointed Altamonte Christian 27-10 in the second half with a running clock on the way to the 68-22 triumph.
Leading scorers for the Centerville Bulldogs were: Jumanji Washington, 14; Zacchaeus Jackson, 10; Juwan Thomas, 9; Cole Candella, 7; Cameron Pogue, 6 and Christian Arias, 6.
