Falterman and Rozas joined in marriage
Kathryn Ann Falterman and Drew Michael Rozas exchanged vows on Friday, October 5 at 5 p.m. during a double-ring ceremony at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in New Iberia. Reverend Jude Halphen and Reverend Conley Bertrand, great uncle of the groom, officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of James and Cindy Falterman of New Iberia. The groom is the son of Lynn and Cindy Rozas of Franklin.
The bride, escorted by her father, wore an ivory Italian satin gown. It featured cap sleeves, a scooped neckline, dropped waist and a pleated back skirt. Swarovski crystal beading and Robison Anton embroidery embellished the bodice and hemline. Her headpiece was a tulle, fingertip veil accented with Swarovski crystal beading and she carried a bouquet of cascading heirloom roses, allium and white hydrangea.
Corinne Falterman, sister of the bride, served as the maid of honor and Kathryn Meche served as the matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Shelly Young; Brandi Bonvillian; Lorayne Bourgeois, cousin of the bride and Kristen Hebert, cousin of the bride.
Serving as flower girls were Isabella Anderson and Harper Anderson.
Joel Rozas, brother of the groom, and Marcus Meche served as best men. The groomsmen were Ben Young, Josh Dean and Nicholas Rozas, cousin of the groom.
The ushers were William Rozas, cousin of the groom, and Ryan Fraser.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at The Gougueheim in New Iberia.
