Enterprise man arrested for indecent behavior
Indecent behavior charges were made Wednesday against an Enterprise man working locally.
Jesse Michael-Glen Vinson, 18, of Enterprise was charged for indecent behavior with a juvenile.
The 3:10 p.m. arrest occurred at his place of employment on Degravelle Road in Amelia on a warrant from Caldwell Parish for alleged impropriety with another teenager, according to Caldwell Parish officials. The investigation is ongoing.
Sheriff Mark Hebert said Vinson was booked into the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville before being transferred to another jurisdiction.
Elsewhere, Martha Ford, 47, of Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 11:08 a.m. on warrants for two counts of aggravated assault and extortion.
A deputy responded to a complaint at a business in Amelia on Aug. 6 during which the victims said Ford threatened them, Hebert said. She remained incarcerated this morning with no bail set.
Darrell Riggins Jr., 23, of Columbus Avenue in Bayou Vista was charged Wednesday at 9:43 a.m. on warrants for obscenity, disturbing the peace and resisting an officer.
Hebert said the obscenity charge stems from Riggins exposing himself in the street near an apartment complex on Southeast Boulevard in Bayou Vista, Hebert said. Riggins was located at his residence on the warrant. He remained incarcerated this morning with no bail set.
Elsewhere, Hebert reported the following arrests:
—Khyri Fullwood, 17, Plum Street, Patterson, Wednesday at 10:07 a.m. at Patterson High School for theft regarding a bicycle from a Bayou Vista home in July. Fullwood was released on a summons to appear in court.
—Keelta Junnifer, 21, Idaho Street, Morgan City, Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Morgan City on a warrant for simple criminal damage to property and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Junnifer turned herself in. She later was released on $3,500 bail.
—Joshua Glen Miles Jones, Lacy Road, Franklin, Wednesday at 3:05 p.m. at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin for theft. After viewing surveillance footage, investigators developed Jones as a suspect in the theft of over $500 in merchandise from the Bayou Vista Walmart. Jones remains incarcerated this morning with no bail set.
—Doug Dilsaver, 29, Moon Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 9:21 p.m. at the Bayou Vista Walmart for theft. A deputy responded to a complaint of a shoplifter at the store. Dilsaver reportedly was observed placing a pellet gun scope valued at $21.57 in his pants pocket. He was released on a summons to appear in court.
