In his free time, he took off to Grand Isle to relax and pursue his passion of fishing. He also spent many years as a Mardi Gras float captain for the Krewe of Houmas. What he loved most was spending time with his family and friends.
Eddie was easy-going, had a magnetic personality, a genuine demeanor and was a true prankster. He inspired everyone with a positive attitude and his faith in God. His legacy will be his faith and love, and we will always remember his humor and beautiful smile.
