Dance program registration open

Email registration for dance portion of the Bayou Beaux Arts and Dance Program is open.

The program will be held this summer and hosted by the City of Franklin.

Once a request is received the sender will receive an email with the instructions to complete registration for the program. The parent or guardian should submit the registration as soon as possible. After the registration is processed, the parent or guardian will be told whether the participant has been placed on the open list or the waiting list. Registrations will be processed according to the date and time stamp on the email. Email and in-person registration will end at 12:30 p.m. April 5.

As of now the dance program has 13 openings for children and three openings for adults. Once the openings are filled parents can complete waiting-list enrollment forms or email registrations in case someone decides not to participate in the program.

The Bayou Beaux Arts and Dance Program is supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council as administered by the Acadiana Center for the Arts.

The Bayou Beaux Arts and Dance Program is supported by a Community Partnership Grant from the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and Foundation Inc.
