Dale David Smith, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at the age of 61 after a brief battle with cancer, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Dale was employed with Bayou Boeuf Electric for more than 30 years. Dale never met a stranger; to him everyone was his best friend. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
