Teen accused of soliciting 14-year-old on computer

A 19-year-old Morgan City man was arrested Monday for felony carnal knowledge of a female juvenile after police investigated the computer aided sexual solicitation of a 14-year-old juvenile by the man, Morgan City Police Chief Travis Crouch said in a news release.
Blake Shelby Lambert, 19, of Franklin Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. Monday on warrants for three counts of computer aided solicitation for sexual purposes, felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and indecent behavior of juveniles.
Detectives conducted an investigation involving sexual solicitation by Lambert using a computer and targeting a 14-year-old juvenile. Detectives identified multiple victims, and learned that Lambert solicited the juveniles using a computer for sexual purposes. They also learned that Lambert engaged in sexual acts with at least one of the juveniles believed to be 12 to 13 years old at the time of the incident, Crouch said.
Lambert was jailed with bail set at $75,000. The investigation is ongoing and the possibility of more victims exists, Crouch said.
