Police Reports 7-18-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tony A. Kaufman, 20, of 113 Carriage Cove Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:33 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.
Leah R. Bourgeois, 37, and Chase P. Bertrand, 28, both of 101 Cane St., Apt. 3, Bayou Vista, were arrested Thursday at 1 p.m. on charges of trespassing and Bertrand was also charged with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. They were both released on summons.
Tyler Duncan, 18, of 149 Chauvin Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:46 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft and was released on a summons.
Rashyra Brent, 20, of 200 Lockley St., Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 5:40 p.m. on a warrant charging her with domestic abuse battery and reckless operation. No bond was set.
Marquis Brown, 21, of 115 Jones Road No. 2, Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 9:19 p.m. on a charge of no driver’s license, failure to appear warrants on charges of no driver’s license, failure to stop, failure to honor written promise to appear and theft of goods. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Megan Parker, 27, of Ibert Street, Franklin, Thursday at 11:23 a.m. on warrants charging her with aggravated battery and simple criminal damage to property. She was also charged with resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
