Police Reports 5-7-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Barbara A. Guillot, 55, of Pierre Part, was arrested Tuesday at 12:45 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and was released on a summons.
Sierra R. Semien, 20, of 770 North Penn Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:17 p.m. on a warrant charging Semien with unauthorized use of a movable. No bond was set.
Chad Williams, 25, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 1:25 p.m. on warrants charging him with theft by fraud and simple escape. Detectives investigating a complaint of a theft of jewelry reportedly learned that Williams sold the items at a local pawn shop. Williams was arrested April 29 on a warrant charging him with illegal possession of stolen things. During the investigation, which was under way at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Morgan City, Williams exited an interviewing area leaving the building on foot. During the course of the investigation into the escape, detectives developed information indicating that Williams was at a residence in the Berwick area. With the assistance of Berwick police, a deputy went to the residence on Ehrlich Street. The deputy reportedly spotted Williams exiting the back of the residence. The deputy made contact with Williams and apprehended him without incident. Williams was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set. Also assisting were the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office, Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office and Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations.
Shawn P. Boudreaux, 35, of 9371 U.S. 90 Frontage Road, Centerville, Tuesday at 6 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of failure to comply with the terms of drug court. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division Agents reported the arrest of Ron R. Madison, 38, of 407 Rosebud St., Baldwin, Tuesday at 9:54 p.m. and charged with:
—Possession of Schedule I drugs with intent to distribute
—Possession of Schedule IV drugs
—Warrant charging him with failure to register as sex offender
—Warrants from Iberia Parish charging him with failure to appear on the charge of third offense possession of Schedule I drugs, speeding and driving under suspension; failure to appear on the charge of theft; failure to appear on the charge of criminal trespassing; failure to appear on a charge of illegal possession of stolen things and forgery, and for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension.
No bond was set.
Garret Oubre, 41, of 1150 Stephensville Road, Stephensville, was arrested Tuesday at 10:43 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule II drugs. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Gerald Sophus, 24, of Samuel Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 12:16 p.m. on a charge remaining where forbidden and released on $500 bond.
Darlene Jackson, 47, of La. 668, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 11:45 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of speeding and released on $435 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Natalie Cranche, 31, of Charenton, Tuesday at 10:50 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of speeding, expired inspection, issuing worthless checks and open alcohol container. No bond was set.
