Police Reports 4-10-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Ashley Francois, 27, of 111 St. Clair St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 11:42 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear for a drug court status hearing and failure to comply with the terms of drug court. Bond is $100,000.
Garrett Dugas, 24, of Pierre Part, was arrested Wednesday at 12:16 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Deborah Bourgeois, 25, of Larose, was arrested Wednesday at 5:17 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of goods. No bond was set.
Jessica Abshire, 18, of Pierre Part, was arrested Wednesday at 7:13 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding. She was released on $324 bond.
Brandon Jordan, 19, of 127 Inez Drive, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 10:55 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Christopher Guidroz, 31, of Lafayette, Wednesday at 12:34 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple burglary and criminal mischief. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Ronald Vercher, 55, of La. 317, Centerville, Wednesday at 1:40 p.m. on a charge of simple burglary. He was released on $10,000 bond.
The following arrests were made after a fight that occurred on April 4 at Franklin Senior High School.
Dave McClarty II, 17, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, Shawn Francis Jr., 17, of Iberia Street, Franklin, and De’Jhon Parker, 17, of Gumpoint Lane, Franklin, were all charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and released on bonds of $250.
A fight Wednesday on Morris Street at Bud Street resulted in the arrests of Kimiya Joseph, 20, of Morris Street, and Charity White, 26, of Thomas Street, Franklin, at 8:55 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. They were each released on a $250 bond.
Delvin Darby, 21, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:12 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Troy Charles, 44, of Talbot St., Franklin, was arrested today at 1:42 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $12,622.
