Police Reports 11-18-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Telvin Shepherd, 20, of Lafayette, was arrested Friday at 7:30 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. He was held on $1,000 bond.
Arturo Chavana, 25, of 2530 Keith St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 4:10 a.m. on charges of tail light violation, no driver’s license and unlawful possession of fraudulent documents. No bond was set.
Laquita Ross, 35, of Thibodaux, was arrested Saturday at 1:56 a.m. on Lafourche Parish warrants charging him with contempt of court and a Thibodaux warrant charging him with contempt of court. No bond was set.
Maynor B. Perez, 24, of 3466 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 1:17 p.m. on a charge of aggravated battery-domestic. No bond was set.
Dawn Height, 44, of 161 Carriage Cove Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:41 p.m. on charges of DWI and improper backing. No bond was set.
James J. Bailey Jr., 19, of 110 Railroad Avenue, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 7:45 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was released on $250 bond.
A juvenile male, 16, of Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 11:53 p.m. on charges of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Reginald T. Martin, 38, of 149 Pickett St., Charenton, was arrested Sunday at 1:13 p.m. on warrants charging him with felony illegal possession of stolen things, failure to appear on charges of simple burglary and two counts of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Kevin Billiot, 41, of 127 Locust St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:48 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, simple battery and criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Christian Marcel, 33, of 202 Kathleen St, Patterson, Friday at 4:07 p.m. on charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, operation of a clandestine laboratory, possession of Schedule II narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
John Q. Lyons, 48, of 920 Irish Bend Road, St. Joseph, was arrested Friday at 6:14 p.m. on charges of operation of a clandestine laboratory, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing of meth. No bond was set.
Cyrilla Lyons, 48, of Grand Isle, was arrested Friday at 6:14 p.m. on charges of operation of a clandestine laboratory, possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing of meth and second offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of DeJuandre Colbert, 19, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Friday at 4:54 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $1,250 bond.
Mitchell Colbert, 34, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 8:52 a.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of stop sign violation, suspended driver’s license and unattended vehicle. He was released on $385 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Sheree Hogan, 30, of New Iberia, Sunday at 5:45 p.m. on charges of two counts of simple battery and an unspecified warrant from Iberia Parish. No bond was set.
Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Marvin Brown Sr., 64, of 239 Coulee St., Baldwin, Saturday at 7:55 p.m. on charges of second degree battery, illegal discharge of a firearm and illegal carrying of weapons. No bond was set.
Reginald Martin, 38, of 149 Pickett St., Charenton, was arrested Saturday at 10:59 p.m. on charges of vehicle burglary, criminal trespassing, felony theft from a vehicle, obstruction of justice and an unspecified sheriff’s office warrant. No bond was set.
Nata Henry Sedatol, 19, of 3270 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Saturday at 7:30 p.m. on charges of careless operation, open alcohol container, no insurance, no registration and leaving the scene of an accident. She was released after paying fines.
Shantelle Druilhet, 31, of 216 Main St., Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 10:09 a.m. on a charge of simple assault. She was released on a summons.
Talisha Smith, no age given, of 112 Jolivette St., Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 10:30 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released on a summons.
