University of New Orleans standout women’s basketball player Randi Brown recently eclipsed 500 career points. The Central Catholic High alum reached the milestone in a 19-point effort in the Privateers 73-41 loss at Arkansas on Dec. 30. It took Brown, a sophomore, 36 games to reach the mark. She leads both the Privateers in scoring and the Southland Conference. Brown is averaging 16.8 points per contest this season. (Submitted Photo/Courtesy of the University of New Orleans Athletics)
