CCHS Eagles escape upset bid by Delhi Charter

No. 3 seed Central Catholic escaped an upset bid by No. 14 seed Delhi Charter with a come-from-behind 12-8 victory in Division IV (Class 1A select) first-round action Friday in Morgan City. In a defensive struggle, the No. 3 seed Central Catholic Eagles had one more play in them than the No. 14 seed Delhi Charter School Gators in Friday’s Division IV first-round playoff game.
