Berwick High pitcher Cameron Wiley held a signing ceremony Tuesday to celebrate his decision to continue his baseball career at junior college powerhouse LSU-Eunice.

CCHS baseball team receives title rings

The Central Catholic High School baseball team received its Class 1A state championship rings Sunday in a ceremony at the Yvonne Adams Live Center in Morgan City. The team finished its 2016 season with a 28-4 record, holding off Oak Grove, 8-7, for the Class 1A title in May. The title is the school's first in baseball since 2005.
