Ocean Marine and Grizzly Marine played to a 13-13 tie in youth baseball action at Spinella Park in Morgan City Thursday.

Randy Fontenot finished 1-for-3 for Ocean Marine.

For Grizzly Marine, Austin Reynolds was 3-for-3, while Thomas Meyers was 1-for-3.

Grizzaffi’s 11, Scully’s 5

Four players collected three hits apiece as Grizzaffi’s defeated Scully’s in action at Spinella Park Thursday.

Payton Pickens, Vernon Singleton, Brennan Sauce and Kayden Adams all finished 3-for-3 to lead Grizzaffi’s.

Ty Eschette, Ben Miller, Hayden Robinson, Zane Griffin and Tylon Hollins all finished 2-for-3 for Grizzaffi’s.

Jase Blanco led Scully’s with a 3-for-3 performance, while Landon Gagliano and Tyler Smith each finished 3-for-4.

Other top contributors included Deonte Stephens, Cameron LaCoste and John Myers, each 2-for-4; and Xander Thibodeaux, 1-for-4.

Morgan City Rentals 13, Gator Rigging 0

Da’Khari Clark collected four RBIs and finished perfect at the plate as Morgan City Rentals recorded the shutout in City League action at Complex Park in Morgan City Thursday.

Clark finished 2-for-2 at the plate and also scored a run.

On the mound, Luke Barbier posted three innings of no-hit ball. He walked three and fanned six.

Michael-Anthony Hill connected on an out-of-the-park grand slam and recorded five RBIs in Johnny’s Propeller’s rout of Skipper’s Sporting Goods Wednesday in Dixie League action at Complex Park.

Hill’s hit was his only one of the day as he finished 1-for-1 and also scored three runs.

Bryce Grizzaffi was perfect at the plate with four RBIs, while he fanned nine on the mound as Dragna Brothers overwhelmed Offshore Hammers.

Grizzaffi finished 3-for-3 at the plate with a double and four runs, while on the mound, he allowed four runs on two hits with five walks in four innings of work to earn the win.

TyLon Mobley finished 4-for-4 to lead Rapid Trucking’s offense in a win against A.J. Dohmann Wednesday at Spinella Park.

Four players collected three hits for Grizzaffi’s Appliance and Furniture as they rolled past Candy Fleet Wednesday at Spinella Park.

Ben Miller, Ty Eschette, Hayden Robinson and Tylon Hollins all finished 3-for-3. Other top contributors included Zaki Singleton, 2-for-2; Payton Pickens, and Vernon Singleton, 2-for-3; Darren Bourgeois, 1-for-2; and Zane Griffin and Brennan Sauce, each 1-for-3.
