AFL update from week three

The Atchafalaya Football League held its second week of games this past weekend at Tiger Stadium with the Vikings beating the Chiefs and the Colts pulling off a two-point win over the Saints.
Vikings 24, Chiefs 7
The Vikings were led by quarterback Cameron Wiley, who had 108 yards rushing and completed a 12-yard pass to Reid Wiley.
Cooper Roussel ran for 92 yards and had touchdown runs of 39 yards and 3 yards.
Cody Roberie ran for 38 yards and a touchdown and Blake Hidalgo scored four points on a pair of point-after attempts.
Hidalgo, Greg Leger, Austin Price, Seth Fontenot and Grant Oubre all played solid defense for the Vikings.
Makye Richard scored three touchdowns for the Chiefs, including a point-after attempt.
Alex Brocato completed two passes with a 50-yard pass to Larenz Clark and another to Malik Ledet for 9 yards.
Savion Collins played well on defense and had a fumble recovery while Joshua Jones, Michael Rowland, Clark, Chris Singleton, Kade Malone, Tyler O’Con and Mitchell Mancuso all played well on defense.
Colts 14, Saints 12
Landon Harper led the Colts to victory with 116 yards rushing with touchdown runs of 41 yards and 8 yards.
Reginald Talver ran for 113 yards for the Colts and Dajon Richard kicked a two-point after.
Richard also played well on defense and had a fumble recovery and Brent Madison also picked up a fumble.
Dontre Nicholas, Noah Bryant, Matthew Dardeau, Ben Allen, Lukas Carnley, Austin Harden and Dewayne Escort all played solid defense for the Colts.
Tywaun Walker ran for 118 yards and touchdowns of 54 yards and 13 yards for the Saints. Quarterback Samarick Paul ran for 57 yards and Zachary Miller had a fumble recovery.
Bryce Grizzaffi, Zeph Hoffpauir, Jean’Pat Dupuy, Ronjuer Granger, Cade Thibodaux and Zachary Stewart all played solid defense for the Saints.
