7 arrested off Daily Review's Most Wanted list
MORGAN CITY, La. -- The Daily Review’s Most Wanted series has helped lead to seven arrests since the series was first run in September. Three suspects have been arrested since the latest most wanted feature ran on Nov. 30.
The latest arrest was the Morgan City Police’s arrest of Bryan Maize, 33, of Morgan City, on Sunday on a warrant for simple burglary of a vehicle, a city court warrant for contempt of court and a district court warrant for failure to appear in court for criminal neglect of family.
Franklin Police arrested Terrell J. Jackson, 26, of Franklin on Dec. 5 on warrants for armed robbery with use of a firearm, armed robbery, theft and resisting an officer by flight.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Brianell Sharard Wilson, 28, of Amelia on Dec. 2 after he turned himself in. Wilson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on charges for illegal carrying of a weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Prior to the Nov. 30 Most Wanted feature, four suspects previously featured in the Most Wanted series had been arrested. The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Patrick Arbert Harris and Gregory Paul Harris who turned themselves in after they appeared in the September Most Wanted feature.
Morgan City Police arrested Clauderious Darby, who was featured in September, on Nov. 27 on warrants for aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm in a firearm-free school zone.
Baldwin Police arrested Rebecca Bacas, who was featured in September.
