La. team places second in 4-H seafood cook-off

NEW ORLEANS — A team of young chefs from Ascension Parish earned second place in the Great American Seafood Cook-Off, 4-H Edition, on Aug. 9.

“Operation Cook” Project Club learns healthy habits

One of the many activities for 4-Hers includes the “Operation Cook” Project Club. Members of the club are fourth- through sixth-graders.
